Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as expected, and we want to make it right for you! Here is our comprehensive returns policy to guide you through the process:
15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a STORE CREDIT will be issued to you.
Sale and Seasonal Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned. Additionally, all Holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@cascadecactus.com.
Shipping Details: To return your product, please mail it to: 9393 N 90th Street, Suite 102 #27, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
